Shipping and handling

Parcels within the UK are sent by parcel post. Parcels outside the UK are sent by airmail as printed paper.

Cost

When you select your shipping address and go to your shopping cart you will be shown the cost of shipping and handling. Francis Boutle Publishers are pleased to offer free shipping and handling on all UK orders and all other orders over £55.

Returns Policy

Books sold online are sold on a firm sale basis and are not returnable. Any imperfect copies (those with production faults) will be accepted without time limit.
Books returned to Francis Boutle Publishers without prior agreement will not be credited, will not be acknowledged and will be destroyed. Francis Boutle Publishers accept no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorised returns.
